Marshmallow Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS 250g marshmallows. 100g chocolate. 125ml milk. 20ml gelatine. 125ml cold water. 1 tin chilled carnation milk. STEPS In a saucepan over a low heat melt the marshmallows, chocolate and milk together. In a jug dissolve the gelatine in the cold water. Add the gelatine mixture to the marshmallow mixture.

Marshmallow Loaf Recipe

INGREDIENTS 250g marie biscuits. 500g dates. 250g marshmallows. 250ml fresh cream. 5ml vanilla essence. INSTRUCTIONS Crush the marie biscuits. Cut the dates and marshmallows into small pieces. In a bowl whip cream until stiff. Keep aside some marie biscuit crumbs and mix the rest with the dates, marshmallows, cream and vanilla essence.
