Marshmallow Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 box rice crispies.
200g margarine.
500g marshmallows.
5ml Vanilla essence.

DIRECTIONS

Put water in a pan then take a pot and put the pot in the pan. Make sure the water is just enough to cover the bottom of the pot and not overflowing.
Melt the margarine in the pot over a medium heat. Add marshmallows and vanilla essence, stir well. When marshmallows are altogether melted, beat mixture with an egg beater.
Mix in rice crispies with a wooden spoon. Press mixture down in a buttered pan and when cool cut into squares.
