Marshmallow Loaf Recipe

INGREDIENTS

250g marie biscuits.
500g dates.
250g marshmallows.
250ml fresh cream.
5ml vanilla essence.

INSTRUCTIONS

Crush the marie biscuits.
Cut the dates and marshmallows into small pieces.
In a bowl whip cream until stiff.
Keep aside some marie biscuit crumbs and mix the rest with the dates, marshmallows, cream and vanilla essence.
Knead together and form a roll.
Roll into left over crumbs and wrap into alcan foil.
Place in fridge and leave to set.
