Sticky Lolly Recipe

INGREDIENTS

2 Tablespoons margarine.
160g Marshmallows.
6-8 Lolly sticks.
Hundreds and Thousands.
50g / 450ml Rice krispies.

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine in a medium sized saucepan over low heat. Add 160g marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

Step 2
Add rice krispies and stir well to coat. Cool slightly.

Step 3
For each lolly, shape 2 dessert spoons of mixture into a ball and insert a wooden stick. Roll in hundreds and thousands.
