Marshmallow Pudding Recipe


250g marshmallows.
100g chocolate.
125ml milk.
20ml gelatine.
125ml cold water.
1 tin chilled carnation milk.


In a saucepan over a low heat melt the marshmallows, chocolate and milk together.
In a jug dissolve the gelatine in the cold water.
Add the gelatine mixture to the marshmallow mixture.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
In a bowl beat the carnation milk until stiff.
Lightly beat in the marshmallow mixture.
Pour mixture into a serving bowl.
Place in fridge and allow to set.
