Microwave Peanut Fudge Recipe

INGREDIENTS

200g milk chocolate.
1 can(397g) condensed milk.
300ml salted peanuts.
60ml butter OR margarine.

STEPS

Line a 20 x 20cm pan or dish with foil.
Grease the foil with butter OR spray with non-stick spray.
Set aside.
In a deep 3,5 litre microwave safe bowl break the milk chocolate into squares.
Add the condensed milk, peanuts and butter OR margarine.
Microwave uncovered on 100% power for 7-8 minutes, beating very well at 2 minute intervals with a wooden spoon.
Remove from the microwave and beat thoroughly with a wooden spoon until it begins to firm.
Pour the fudge into the lined, greased pan or dish.
Level the top.
Allow to cool slightly.
Place in the fridge until completely set.
Cut the fudge into 2,5cm squares before it sets completely.
Turn the fudge out of the pan or dish.
Remove the foil.
Carefully break the squares apart.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
