Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls Recipe


250ml sugar.
37,5 ml cocoa.
62,5ml crunchy peanut butter.
375ml oats.
62,5 ml milk.
25g margarine.
2ml vanilla essence.


Line a baking tray with wax paper.
Mix the sugar and cocoa in a medium sized saucepan.
Stir in the milk and margarine.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla essence and oats.
Place teaspoonfuls on the wax paper and allow to set.
