Custard Biscuits Recipe


250g butter OR margarine.
8 tablespoons sugar.
8 tablespoons custard powder.
4 teaspoons baking powder.
3 cups flour.
2 eggs.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.


Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a bowl cream the butter and sugar well.
Add the eggs, custard powder, flour and baking powder.
Add the vanilla essence.
Shape with a biscuit maker (cookie presser).
Place the cookies on a baking tray.
Bake for about 10 minutes.

TIP: These biscuits can be rolled through a mincer with a biscuit shaper fitted to the front.
