Cremora Tart Recipe


1 packet (200g) marie biscuits, crushed.
100-125ml melted butter.


250g cremora powder.
125ml boiling water.
1 can (397g) condensed milk.
125ml lemon juice.


Mix the crushed biscuits and butter together.
Press into a 23cm pie dish.
Dissolve the cremora in the boiling water in a jug. Stir until dissolved.
In a bowl beat the condensed milk and lemon juice together.
Add the cremora.
Beat until thick and creamy and the mixture turns white.
Turn the filling into the biscuit crust.
Place in the fridge and leave to chill until set.

SUGGESTION: Serve with citrus pieces.
