Apple and Oats Crumble Recipe

INGREDIENTS FILLING

2 cans tart apples (385g each).
200ml sultanas.
100ml sugar.

INGREDIENTS TOPPING

500ml oats.
160ml coconut.
60ml brown sugar.
80ml butter OR margarine.

STEPS

Preheat oven to 180°C.

FILLING

In a bowl mix together the canned apples, sultanas and sugar.
Spoon into aluminium tart containers.

TOPPING

In a bowl mix together the oats, coconut, brown sugar and butter OR margarine.
Sprinkle over the filling.
Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
