INGREDIENTS FILLING 2 cans (410g each) pie apples OR 4 green apples, cored peeled and sliced. 30ml brown sugar if using green apples. 6 pieces preserved ginger, finely chopped. 50ml ginger syrup. INGREDIENTS CRUST 500ml oats. 150ml coconut. 60ml brown sugar.
