Whole Wheat Cheese Muffins Recipe
250ml self raising flour.
250ml whole wheat flour.
18ml grated cheddar cheese.
1 teaspoon mustard powder.
1 teaspoon salt.
7ml baking powder.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Grease muffin tins with margarine.
In a bowl sift all dry ingredients, Except for the whole wheat flour.
Mix in the cheese.
In a separate bowl beat egg, oil and milk together.
Add the whole wheat flour to the egg mixture and mix.
Add all ingredients together and mix lightly.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin tins two thirds full.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
