Sweetcorn Muffins Recipe


3 cups self raising flour.
1 tin drained sweetcorn kernels.
2 tablespoons melted butter.
4 eggs, beaten.
¼ cup water.
180ml milk.
1 packet of honey and mustard chicken cook in sauce.
1 chopped spring onion.


Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
Lightly mix all ingredients together.
Divide between muffin cups.
Bake for 25 minutes, until risen and golden.
