Potato Salad Recipe


5 large potatoes, peeled.
6 frankfurters, sliced.
1 onion, finely chopped.
100ml mayonnaise.
50ml plain yoghurt.
5ml prepared mustard.
salt and black pepper to taste.
chopped parsley.


In a pot on the stove boil the potatoes until soft.
Remove from pot, drain.
Leave potatoes to cool down and dice.
Place diced potatoes into a bowl.
Fry the sausages in a frying pan until done.
Add to the potatoes.
Add the onion.
Blend the mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard together and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Combine with the potato mixture and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
