Peppermint Fridge Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 Tin carnation milk.
1 tin coocked condensed milk.
1 pkt tennis biscuits.
1 pkt jelly.
½ cup boiling water.
125ml cream.

DIRECTIONS

Beat chilled carnation milk and add jelly mixture. Beat in the condensed milk and pour over a layer of tennis biscuits. Sprinkle with peppermint crisp and top with whipped cream.
