Jumbo Snakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

45ml butter.
1 packet marshmallows 240g.
6 cups coco pops jumbos.
icing or decorating gel.
assorted sweets of your choice.

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large saucepan over a low heat, melt the butter.
Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat.
Add coco pops jumbos.
Stir until well coated.
Cool slightly.
Grease your hands with butter or non stick cooking spray and shape the mixture into snakes.
Line a baking tray with wax paper.
Place the snakes onto the wax paper and leave to cool.
Decorate the snakes with icing or decorating gel and sweets, to create eyes and markings.
