Guava And Jelly Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 packet strawberry jelly.
1 cup boiling water.
1 tin (410g) guavas.
1 big tin evaporated milk, chilled.

DIRECTIONS

In a jug mix the jelly with the boiling water well.
Put aside and leave to cool while preparing the rest of the pudding.
Place the guavas into a bowl and mash well using a fork.
In a separate bowl beat the evaporated milk with an electric beater until stiff.
Add the cooled jelly mixture.
Beat until mixed.
Add the mashed guavas.
Mix.
Place in the fridge and leave overnight to set.
