Fruit Fridge Cake Recipe
500g glazed fruit cake mixture.
1 tin condensed milk.
5ml vanilla essence.
125ml brown sugar.
2 packets tennis biscuits, crumbed.
Butter a loaf tin (23X13X7cm).
In a bowl mix the glazed fruit and biscuit crumbs together well.
In a saucepan over a medium heat melt the margarine and brown sugar.
Remove the saucepan from the stove and add the condensed milk and vanilla essence.
Add the mixture in the saucepan to the fruit mixture and mix in well.
Spoon into the loaf tin and press down well.
Put in the fridge and leave to set.
