Sauce and Dip

White Sauce Recipe


50ml Oil or butter.
50ml Flour.
500ml Milk.
Cheese (grated).


Heat oil in a saucepan over a medium heat.
Remove from heat.
Mix in flour.
Return to heat and add milk gradually.
Stir quick to prevent lumps.
Add cheese and stir until cheese is semi-melted.

TIP: Half ingredients if it is too much.
