Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe


600ml cream.
5ml vanilla essence.
1 can condensed milk.


In a bowl beat the cream with an electric beater until it begins to thicken.
Add the vanilla essence.
Beat until a light whipped cream forms.
Add the condensed milk a little at a time and keep beating until the mixture thickens and becomes a nice cream.
Pour into a container.
Place in the freezer and leave until it goes hard.
