INGREDIENTS
15 cooked baby potatoes.
5 skewers.
15 rashers of bacon.
90ml olive oil.
5ml wholegrain mustard.
5ml dried rosemary.
2 chives, chopped.
1 garlic clove, crushed.
black pepper.
METHOD
In a jug mix together the olive oil, mustard, rosemary, chives, garlic and black pepper.
Pour the mixture over the cooked baby potatoes.
Leave to stand for about 1 hour.
Wrap a rasher of bacon around each potato.
Thread 3 wrapped potatoes onto a skewer.
Grill in the oven until the bacon is cooked.
– You could also grill over hot coals.
