Peanut Butter Icing Recipe


100g soft butter OR margarine OR a mixture of the two.
490ml icing sugar.
pinch of salt.
30ml peanut butter.
5ml vanilla essence.


Using an electric beater cream the butter/margarine, icing sugar, salt, peanut butter and enough milk to make a mixture of spreading consistency.
Stir in the vanilla essence.

VARIATION: Substitute the peanut butter for part of the butter or margarine, depending on how strong you want the peanut butter taste to be.
