INGREDIENTS
6 potatoes, peeled.
4 slices ham.
1 can (410g) peach slices.
60ml peach chutney.
150ml mayonnaise.
salt and pepper.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot on the stove boil the potatoes in salt water until soft.
Drain and cool.
Cut into squares.
In a pan on the stove fry the ham and cut into pieces.
In a bowl mix together the potatoes and ham.
Add the mayonnaise, peaches, peach chutney, salt and pepper.
Toss well.
Chill before serving.
