Onion Balls


2 chopped onions.
2ml mustard powder.
5ml turmeric.
Pinch of chilli powder.
45ml olive oil.
2 whisked eggs.
20ml cake flour.


Fry onions and spices in a little bit of the oil until the onions are translucent but not too soft. Leave to cool and then add salt,
whisked eggs and cake flour and mix it well. Shallow-fry tablespoons of the mixture in the oil in a pan. Remove the balls with a spoon and drain it on a paper towel.
