1 packet tennis biscuits.
1 tub cream cheese.
1 tin condensed milk.
60ml lemon juice.
Take 3 tennis biscuits and crush them.
Line a rectangular dish with the remaining tennis biscuits.
In a bowl beat the cream cheese, condensed milk and lemon juice together.
Pour the mixture over the tennis biscuits.
Sprinkle the crushed tennis biscuits on top.
Place in the fridge and leave to set.
