INGREDIENTS
½ cup sago.
1 litre milk.
sugar (amount depends on how sweet you want it).
cinnamon.
METHOD
Place sago in a mug.
Pour warm water over it, just until the water is covering the sago.
Leave to soak, until the sago swells and all the water is gone.
In a pot bring the milk to a boil.
Add sago and sugar.
Mix constantly.
Cook until the sago is see through.
Dish up in bowls and sprinkle with some cinnamon.
