Masala Burgers Recipe
5ml masala or curry powder.
4 burger patties.
4 round bread rolls.
1 chopped red chilli (Optional).
chopped fresh coriander.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add masala or curry powder and stir.
Add burger patties and fry, turning often.
Peel and slice bananas.
When the patties are almost cooked add sliced bananas to the frying pan. Stir gently.
Cook for 1-2 minutes (bananas should not become mushy.)
Remove from heat.
Slice bread rolls in half and butter.
Top with lettuce, burger patty, a little chutney, fried banana slices, chopped red chilli and fresh coriander.
