INGREDIENTS
1 Tablespoon butter.
2 Tablespoons lemon juice.
2 eggs, separated.
190ml sugar.
2 Tablespoons flour.
180ml milk.
METHOD
Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a bowl beat the egg whites until stiff.
In a separate bowl cream the butter and sugar until light.
Add the flour and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Add the egg yolks and milk gradually to the beaten stiff egg whites.
Add the butter mixture to the egg white mixture.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into a pie dish and bake for about 1 hour.
