INGREDIENTS
80ml sugar.
10ml gelatine.
150ml boiling water.
2.5ml vanilla essence or rose water.
Red food colouring, if preferred.
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve the sugar and gelatine in the boiling water.
Add the vanilla essence or rose water.
Add a few drops of red food colouring.
Mix.
Pour into a bowl.
Place in the frige and chill until set.
Cut into squares.
Store in the fridge.
