INGREDIENTS
1 packet (90g) instant chocolate pudding.
Milk.
half a can (397g) of condensed milk.
10ml gelatine.
30ml water.
METHOD
Blend the chocolate pudding with the milk as per the instructions on the packet.
Add the condensed milk.
Place mixture into a saucepan and place on the stove.
Heat slowly, stirring continuously until the condensed milk and instant pudding are well blended.
DO NOT bring the mixture to the boil.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Soak the gelatine in the 30ml water.
Heat over boiling water or in the microwave until the gelatine has melted.
Stir in the chocolate mixture.
Pour into a bowl.
Place in the fridge.
Chill until set.
