Crunchies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

250ml flour.
450ml oats.
50ml coconut.
125g margarine.
200ml sugar.
12,5ml syrup.
5ml bicarbonate of soda.

METHOD

Mix the flour, oats and coconut together.
Melt the margarine in a saucepan.
Add the sugar and syrup.
Add the bicarbonate of soda and mix well, until everything is melted.
Add the melted mixture to the dry ingredients.
Press into an ungreased baking tray with a fork.
Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut into squares.
