Chicken Strip Wraps Recipe


2 onions (1 sliced and 1 chopped).
1 greenpepper, sliced.
500g chicken strips.
1 packet traditional bobotie cook in sauce.
300ml boiling water.
1 tomato, chopped.
1 avo.
tortilla wraps.


Fry sliced onion, green pepper and chicken strips until browned.
Mix cook in sauce with boiling water and stir into chicken mixture.
Cook for 5 minutes or until thickened.
Mix together tomato, onion, avo and coriander to make a salsa.
Spoon chicken mix onto warmed tortillas, add salsa.
Roll up and enjoy.
