INGREDIENTS
6 eggs.
1 cup castor sugar.
1 cup flour.
pinch salt.
5ml vanilla essence OR 15ml lemon juice.
METHOD
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Grease a loaf tin.
Beat all ingredients together and bake in the oven for 1 hour or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Remove from oven.
Turn out onto a cooling rack and allow to cool.
