Mocha Butter Icing Recipe
125g soft butter OR margarine OR a mixture of the two.
490ml icing sugar.
pinch of salt.
15ml cocoa powder (added to the icing sugar).
30ml coffee essence.
Using an electric beater cream the butter/margarine, icing sugar with cocoa powder, salt, coffee essence (and if needed a bit of milk) to make a mixture of spreading consistency.
