300g carrot.
50g fennel.
75g celery.
2.5cm (1 inch) cube fresh root ginger, roughly chopped.
1 tablespoon spirulina (optional).
STEPS
Juice the ingredients and serve over ice.
Decorate with strips of fennel and fennel fronds.
You can also add the 1 tablespoon of spirulina to suppress your appitite.
