INGREDIENTS
300g tomatoes.
100g celery.
2.5cm (1 inch) cube fresh root ginger, roughly chopped.
1 garlic clove.
2.5cm (1 inch) fresh horseradish.
175g carrot.
STEPS
Juice all the ingredients.
Blend with 2 ice cubes.
Serve in a tumbler.
Decorate with celery slivers.
