Ham scramble Recipe


4 eggs.
25ml milk.
1ml salt.
pinch of pepper.
1 slice of ham, cut into cubes.
small sprig of parsley, chopped.
20g margarine.


Break the eggs into a bowl
Add the milk, salt and pepper and beat together until well mixed
Add the ham and parsley and mix
Melt the margarine in a saucepan over a low heat until foaming. Swirl it around in the saucepan, then pour in the eggs.
Cook over a low heat, stirring as the eggs begin to thicken. They are ready when creamy and nearly set.
Serve straight away and garnish with toast cut into shapes.
