INGREDIENTS
½ cup golden apples (yellow), diced.
1/3 cup apple juice.
1/3 cup water.
1/8 teaspoon salt.
dash of cinnamon.
dash of nutmeg.
1/3 cup quick cooking rolled oats, uncooked.
STEPS
In a pot on the stove combine the diced apples, apple juice, water, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bring the mixture to the boil.
Stir in the rolled oats.
Cook for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Cover the pot and leave it to stand for about 5 minutes before serving.
