Flapjacks Recipe


1 Egg.
1 Cup flour.
1 tsp Baking powder.
1/4 Cup sugar.
1 tsp Oil.


Beat egg.
Add oil and beat again.
Add all ingredients and beat.
add a little water to make a paste (not too watery and not too stiff).
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Spoon out mixture in little blobs with a tablespoon in the pan.
The blobs will make little bubbles and then you turn it over.
Make over a medium heat.

Suggestion: Spread butter or jam or syrup over flapjacks.
