Flapjacks Recipe


1 cup flour.
1 egg.
2 tablespoons sugar.
2 teaspoons baking powder.
½ cup milk.
pinch of salt.
2 teaspoons melted butter.


In a bowl beat all the ingredients well together.
Preheat a pan on the stove and grease.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot pan.
Cook until little bubbles appear.
Turn the flapjack and cook the other side (1-2 minutes).
Serve with butter, honey and cream or jam.
