Oat Crunchies Recipe

INGREDIENTS 500ml oats. 250ml coconut. 250ml sugar. 250ml cake flour. 3ml salt. 130g butter or margarine. 30ml golden syrup or honey. 5ml bicarbonate of soda. 25ml milk. METHOD Mix the flour, oats, coconut and salt together. In a saucepan melt the butter or margarine. Add the sugar and golden syrup or honey.
