Cherry Loaf Recipe

INGREDIENTS 150g soft butter or margarine. 2½ cups cake flour. 2 teaspoons baking powder. ½ teaspoon salt. 160ml red glacé cherries, halved. 1 extra large egg, whisked. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. ½ cup water. 1 tin condensed milk. DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter a 26x10cm loaf tin.
