Cinnamon Jam Bars Recipe

INGREDIENTS 250g margarine. 200ml sugar. 1 egg. 5ml vanilla essence. 2½ cups flour. 5ml baking powder. 5ml cinnamon. ½ cup smooth apricot jam. 1 cup coconut. extra coconut. STEPS Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a swiss roll tin. Cream the margarine and sugar using an electric beater.
