Pear Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS 3 ripe pears, cored, peeled and sliced. 45ml castor sugar. 90g soft butter. 100ml castor sugar. 2 eggs, 1 separated. 160ml self-raising flour. DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a 28cm x 17cm x 4cm ovenproof dish with butter or margarine.
