Oat-nut Crunchies Recipe

INGREDIENTS 130g butter or margarine. 30ml golden syrup. 2 eggs. 250ml sugar. 625ml cake flour. 5ml bicarbonate of soda. 3ml salt. 5ml cinnamon. 500ml oats. 125ml walnuts or pecan nuts, chopped. 250ml raisins or dates, finely cut.
