Ribs Recipe


1,5kg ribs.
juice of 1 lemon (30ml lemon juice).
60ml soy sauce.
100ml salad oil.
5ml mustard.
salt and pepper.


Preheat oven to 180°C.
Divide ribs into portions and place in a single layer in a roasting tin.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the meat.
Bake for 1-1¼ hours.
