INGREDIENTS
500g macaroni, cooked.
1 cup grated cheddar cheese.
1 can vienna sausages (drained and chopped) OR corned beef (chopped).
1 can Italian pomodoro sauce (diluted with ½ can water).*
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the cooked macaroni into a greased casserole.
Add the chopped viennas OR corned beef and half of the grated cheese and mix lightly.
Empty the can of pomodoro sauce into a bowl and fill the can halfway with water and add to the sauce.*
Mix.
Pour pomodoro sauce over the mixture.
Sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
