Macaroni and cheese Recipe
½ cup macaroni.
2 ml salt.
25 ml flour.
250 ml milk.
½ cup grated cheese.
salt and pepper.
Add the salt and oil to a saucepan of water and bring to the boil.
Add the macaroni and allow to boil rapidly for 15 minutes.
In another saucepan melt the margarine and add the flour.
Add all the milk and stir over a low heat until the sauce thickens and boils.
Remove from the heat and add half the cheese, salt and pepper.
Place the macaroni in a casserole dish, pour the sauce over and sprinkle the remaining cheese over.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
