Lemoncurd Cups Recipe
1¼ cups flour.
60ml castor sugar.
Lemoncurd OR caramel OR lemon condensed milk.
In a bowl sift the flour and rub in the margarine.
Add the castor sugar and egg and mix to a soft dough.
Put soft dough into a plastic bag and place in the fridge for 1½ hours until firm.
Roll out and cut into rounds (7,5cm).
Press into cookie pans.
Bake in oven at 200°C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool.
Fill with lemoncurd OR caramel OR lemon condensed milk.
