Fudge Recipe

INGREDIENTS

550ml sugar.
115g margarine OR butter.
410g condensed milk (1 tin).

METHOD

In a large saucepan melt the margarine OR butter.
Add the sugar and condensed milk.
Mix and boil for 20 minutes, very slowly.
Pour onto a buttered dish and cut into squares before it is too cold.
